If you have an idea in your head on what style you would like your dog, please show me a photo. We have to be realistic on the how the dog can look, we have to take in to consideration coat condition, behavior and how often the dog is scheduled for grooming
Due to the animal welfare act (2006) Having a heavily matted dog can sometime be embarrassing, I am not here to judge, life can get in the way with busy jobs and running around after the family, brushing your dog sometimes be the last thing on your mind. This is when the coat can create knots and get matted without you realizing
Brushing out mats can be very painful and uncomfortable for the dog the kindest thing you can do is clip/shave it off, no pain or stress caused to the dog, they will thank you
Please remember hair grows and your dog will feel lighter and full of energy
I offer a 1-1 grooming this means it will be just your dog, I need to know as much information if your dog has behavior issues, I am happy to work with your dog even if sometime we cannot achieve full grooms, we may have to break it down and have shorter grooming times over more frequent sessions
The only time I will stop a groom is when is when either the dog become dangerous and may hurt itself or me as the groomer can become injured
Full communication will be discussed at length to reach exceptions
The main grooming prices are the same but if you require a dog to be groomed from your home address there will be a travel fee this covers my time and fuel

I offer an ultrasonic teeth cleaning service which is pain and stress free
The answer is yes, I can this will be at a rate of £35.00 per hour as dogs such as Chow Chows, St Bernard’s, Huskies and Newfoundland’s, & Alsatians all have a different coat thickness and temperament, these can take up to 3 hours to be groomed from start to finish or there abouts

Yes, I can, I have a real passion for Hand Stripping coats and take real pride in my work. (It’s one of my favorite things to do!)
The answer is yes and no it depends on how many times the coat has been clipped? and the texture of the coat, and how long has the coat been left to grow out
